"B" Head Headers

Does anyone make shorty headers for the "B" head 4.6 DOHC engine...with the oval exhaust ports?

It won't make any difference as the exhaust is all the same on our DOHC motors. As far as headers are concerned, Kooks is the only one I aware of that make an exact bolt in for our cars, and it is offered in Mid-length. I think the shorties have an interfernce problem.

I can't remember who but, some one is running FRPP shorty headers in thier VIII.

Whats involved with the shorty headers. Other than the work needed to move the one cat thats on the stock manifold. would the other cat bolt right up. Hay boss what do your marks run at the track.

arnt you putting the eng into something besides a markviii, if thats the case then just look for 96-98 cobra stuff

Still haven't gotten there yet. Maybe next season, although with the cool weather now would be ideal, but I have too many irons in the fire.
