I bought brand new CE floor mats... from USA supersale, they liquidated a :q:q:q:q ton of for NOS parts... he didn't even have a single LSC mat.

They must be reproductions made by ford since mine came in a Ford box with a Ford part number, Ford instructions and Ford part number on the mat back itself.
