Anyone use paintscratch.com

Has anyone used paintscratch.com products to colormatch thier
chrome trim? I was thinking of trying this instead of paying a shop to do it.

I read that Dupli-Color is crap and won't last, was wondering if this stuff is any
better.

yes a used them in my surround painting (search for write up) they are a good company... You'll want the use a self etching primer as i didn't and have a spot that peeled.. you'll also want to test a spot first as my color was a little darker than the rest... Paintsratch says they will replace any can thats off...

Yeah, I used them when I color-matched my Sirius antenna. The color (Vivid Red Metallic) was spot-on, and the kit I got from them included pretty much everything I needed. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Rell, I have no clue what the "actual color" is called. I just know it's silver, lol. I googled "Frost Silver Lincoln LS" and the pictures that come up appear to be the same color as mine.. I want to paint over my chrome accents on the front and rear bumper. Probably the grille as well.

IIRC I purchased 2 12oz cans of base coat but remember wishing i had another can... I also patched my front plate holes too... Just depends on the color i'd imagine. I'd say order way more than you need...
