My factory one has been broken for quite some time now and Id like to buy another. Also does anyone know how to remove CD's that are jammed in there?

You never did post the results from the self-test procedure that I posted for you awhile back, what DTC's were displayed?? I would not recommend opening the unit and yanking out the CD's unless you are trashing the old unit and replacing it w/ another(small springs, electronic switches, etc. can be damaged). There are quite a few nav units on ebay in the $200-$600 range, but I would only buy if they are close enough to pick-up & test in your LS before paying(too many scammers on ebay, don't follow shipping mode instructions on top of nav unit or know the unit is defective & blame it on shipping damage when you complain). If you have a newer version map DVD than my 2003 map, for a copy of your map DVD I will remove the CD's & check your unit over to find the fault(you pay for the shipping of the head unit). Let me know if you buy another nav unit and wish to sell the 1st one for parts.

How do I do the test and it wont eject any cds or even try to change/read/eject them.

Press & hold the Audio & Menu buttons for 5 seconds, when the screen shows a number pad enter 917 then press Enter. Select Self-Check, when the self-check is done it will list all DTC's found. If you have used CD's w/ stick-on labels or even some CD-R's will cause the mechanism to jam and will require that the changer trays & plates be realinged.

I may be selling mine in the coming months as I am planning on moving to aftermarket.
