Anyone seen this before?

I have seen that car SEVERAL times. Not photoshopped. The turn signals are mounted in the grille. Whoever did it did a really good job.
The wheels are 20's. Some major bling too. They remind me of sanddollars. Flat except for 5 slits in them. Not my taste.
I always see the same woman driving it too.

NNNOOOO!!!!!!!!!!...thats aweful...ok, he might have done a decent job, but what would compel a person to do that?...seriously, someone please contact that person, and tell them to go do....THAT!!!...to a civic or something, its just wrong, and the insurance commercial apparently isnt up anymore...
