They didn't start making 4.6L Cobra's until '96. It's just a Mark VIII motor, which means that it has a 6-bolt cast crank, not an 8-bolt forged crank.

It's in my area, I saw the same ad on Craigslist last week. i think he pulled the ad because I can't find it though.

I sold my extra block , stripped, only thing left on it was the secondary chains on the heads and the oil pan..$350..and the kid that bought it was happier than a phag with 2 asses

Laser and I are debating a powder coat deal on the VCs and Timing cover, or we may think up some paint ideas...these will be for sale..so if you're looking for a set to fit Gen1, we can take orders

Seems like Teksid blocks alone are worth almost as much as an assembled Mark VIII motor, somewhere in the $3xx range.

Yup, my near future plan is to strip a few more motors this same way, sell the blocks minus VCs , paint/PC the covers and sell seperately
