Kicking the idea of a body kit around here lately and would like to purchase one that I would be able to install. I would have to get it painted, but I think the WW kit is somewhat easy to install. Any Pics or thoughts would be great.

Did you do the install yourself? Is it possible to do it myself? Are you satisfied with the before and after results? How do you think it would look on my car?

very, very simple to install.

you remove the OE under-shirting and attach - most of it with double-sided tape.

I have the WW kit, too - check the pics in the gallery. Quik is right, you just need to remove the original side parts and the rest can go over the top. Its a good idea to bolt the kit onto the car also. I'm not saying into the metal, but into the tire wells and under the rear valance. After a rainy day less than a week after I put the kit on, one of the side skirts wanted to come lose from the tape, but the bolts held it in until I could replace the kit tape with some 3M automobile adhesive double stick tape. It is a DIY, just don't rush putting it together.

Yea right. a 2001 Lincoln LS8 sport with 70K miles for that much? Bull crap, I payed just a bit over that for mine a year ago with 35,000 miles on it!!

J3FF, but did you read the description? Its a rare "C" series. WTF?!?!? People are always looking to pull a fast one. This guy is a joke!

here is the response to what the 'C series' offerred:

seems like the only difference w/ the C series is the 2 captains chairs rather than just having one on the drives side.

Captain's chairs?

I always though captain's chairs were the ones that rotated 90 degrees to help get in and out of the car? I had a '72 Monte Carlo with captain's chairs and that's what they were called then... Maybe just because that car was a boat :D

quick question.. i have been pondering this idea as well especially since I have crashed my front end and need a new front bumper..

is there any bumper that I can add to the LS that is not the stock bumper, and not HAVE to change the rest.. as far as the side valance and the rear bumper? just asking...

I'd never seen one before, forgive me if I post pics of something that's common knowledge to a lot of you......I deleted his plate, otherwise I hope 'he' doesn't mind that I took a couple shots of his nice kit.....as he was probably wondering why I passed him to just to let him go right back by...... :-)

The spoiler and side skirts are definitely Wings West. As for the lower rear valance, it is hard to tell if it is WW brand. It looks like the exhaust cut outs on the existing bumper have been closed up with some body work because the exhaust ports are cut into the 03+ bumper. I like that lower rear valance.

Well if you look at the pics its actually a LS LSC just like mine its just a dealer package using the old Mark performance designation. All it meant to my car was the Wings West body kit, Borla exhaust, a Wood trim kit, LSC badging and a extra $3,000 to the sticker. Here are a few pics theres more in my gallery.

These is no such thing as a LSC. The body kit you have is a Wings West kit.
There was only a LSE. Where is the LSC badging?

Also, the rear valance on the black car is not the Wings West version. It doesn't look like yours.

I know that and if you read my post you would know that to. As I said it was a dealer installed package. No deffrent from the stupid cloth tops lincoln dealers like to stick on. They just call it a LSC it doesn't mean it's a real LSC.

I don't know it looks the same to me but its not the best pic to judge by.

Thats ok I'm the one that should apologize I didn't mean to sound so angry in that last post.

Oh and as far as the badging goes that was gone before I bought the car thank god I've seen others bought from the same dealership i assume with it and it looks like crap.

It is clearly different, the black car's rear valence does not bulge out like the WW kit does. The black car's valence roles under and is smoother with the body of the car. Personally I think the side skirts are NOT WW too, they don't seem to stick any along the doors, the WW kit kinda sticks out a little there. It is a different kit though, wish he would have stopped him and asked about it.
