Anybody watch Top Gear USA lately? Take a look! You'll laugh your a$$ off!

The U.S. version needs more time to find it's stride.
People seem to forget that despite the format essentially being created by Clarkson, the first series of the Top Gear on the BBC was a work in progress too. May didn't' join the show until the second series.

I've enjoyed the U.S. version more every week I've watched it.

And Tanner Faust is the only guy to have been on the NBC pilot as well as this History Channel launch. Personal, I think he's boring presenter, but he's an incredibly skilled driver. Just go look at his drifting and X-Games stuff on Youtube for confirmation.

And you can watch the authentic Top Gear on BBC America. Since the BBC is commercial free, they used to edit the episodes up for rebroadcast here within the hour format. They have begun airing the entire episodes over 70+minutes now. The only differences are the commercial interruptions and they often have to change the music used for copyright reasons.

Some would argue the best way to watch the show is through the use of bit Torrents.

Fully agree with everything said..

I love the UK Top gear but US Top gear will use cars that we know here in the states. That is one of the reasons I want the US version to succeed, who knows they might even end up using a Mark VIII or an LS. (Honestly I really want to see a 90's Lincoln on Top gear)

While I never went that airbourn I took my 86 T-Bird through some crazy terrain.I'm amazed how well it took it.

Not much left of it but I bet it'll start.
