Looks a lot better. At least your fuel filler lines aren't showing anymore. It could still come down another inch. How much further can you go up with the bracket?

after loosening the two bolts and sliding the bracket up (which is how its sitting in the pic), the bracket is as high as the slot will allow it to go. I dont know what else to do other than bend that peice upward or drill new holes and move the screws up higher to get the bracket up there further.

Take the top bolt out. That will give you a little more room to go up and that should be just right. I only have one bolt on mine. Two really isn't needed.

Make that the bottom bolt lol. That will allow you to move it up and probably have it setting just right or give you some adjustment room.

I agree the rear needs to be dropped more.
