annoying rattel

so I have this ratel noise coming from my right rear. I have eliminated thus far: sway bar links, exhaust/ heat sheilds,. I am going to wrench on the shocks see if I didn't tighten them properly. is there any thing else that could be making that noise. please help its drivin me insane

the right shock mount is new I cranked on it just to check tightness it seem good, I broke the e-brake cable off at the caliper but I zip tied it to the sway bar

HA...I live in Michigan no inspections for me. that's about the only good thing about living here LOL

I still don't recommend cutting the Parking Brake, if your Master Cylinder fails...hope you have an Anchor!

i didn't cut it kind of got a little crazy it was so rusty it just snapped. surprised it just break off buy it self
