Alright so I have my driver seat and mirrors seat to my liking on the memory setting, and almost everytime I get back into the car and start it up the seat moves back to where I like it but the mirrors never move back? Any suggestions?

I can't remember for sure. But try leaving the mirror choice rocker switch in the drivers or passenger side position. Instead of neutral.

The mirror select switch setting won't change anything. The problem is that the position sensor potentiometers are dirty and giving bad position readings.

[/rant: If the software guys has spent a little more time on the code for the memory features, they could have compensated for most of the sensor noise and we probably wouldn't even know there were problems with the sensors.]

Both of my LSes have this problem to a degree. I find that if I press the position (one or two) switch several times, the mirrors will move to the correct position. Alternately, you could take the mirror glass off and try spraying the potentiometers with a good plastic safe audio contact cleaner.

Also check to see if the mirror jumps when you move it's position. Here in the north I've seen a few mirrors with the gears stripped due to people scraping the mirrors free of ice in the winter.

i have the same problem in my expy...think it has the same potentiometers? something i could try cleaning?

My steering wheel has a mind of its own. If I move the seat (without moving the wheel) then press my memory button the wheel makes all sorts of random adjustments.

Yeah it's not like it's really that big of a deal, sometimes it's right sometimes its way off.
