That's pretty cool. He makes it look easy! I would imagine LEDs might not last so long in the heat of headlight housings.

have any1 actually done this?? it seems pretty easy, cheap, and turns out good. But does anybody know about actual performance and durability?

I will probally try it , but since I own a Electrical company that does alot of lighting with LEDs , I can probally make it better and last longer with some new generation LEDs that are actually 12 volts dc I will keep everone posted on this
