An actually cool Ebay find!!

Not bad, but a few things..

- Anyone that calls the car a "4DR Cobra R" in their description is a douche.
- Anyone that puts an SVT badge on a Lincoln is a douche.
- That hood/bumper line on the driver's side looks like it was smacked up at some point, hence the later model bumper.
 
lol... 2000 LSE? didn't know they made the LSE in 2000...

Nice wheels.
 
Neat, but that price is pretty high considering you can get a six years newer LS for near that price. I guess he's hoping there's someone out there that absolutely must have a manual LSE :)
 
We saw this car at the Fabulous Ford's car show at Knotts Berry Farm in April. It is a very nice and clean car. He had flyers on it that is was for sale and we read them and made the same kinda of comments that are here.

haha

and saying that the 3.0 v6 is "like a baby Cobra motor with 2 less cylinders" further suggests he is a douche. and im not sure his calculator is working ("it is more powerful than the V8 model")...v6 stock is just over 200 hp, correct? add his claimed 38 extra hp...doesn't seem to pass an 8's 252.
 
It's a nice looking LS at least.

I've never researched this but it would appear that the Lincoln LS is one of the most hyped up/lied about cars on ebay.
Do people do the same thing with Mustangs and Camaros?

Stock V6 is 220 I think? 2ng gen v8's are 280hp. This guy is crazy, that is a nice car, but not that nice. I'd take the V8 2nd gen over any V6 LS.

In my personal experience lots of people don't know what car the LS is and always seem to think it's a lot nicer/more expensive/newer than it is. It's a big plus :D
 
No such thing as a 2000 LSE. The console top is from a 2001, the spoiler isn't LSE at all (it's a generic pedestal type), 12 way power seats, 12 way telescopic power steering column (HUH???), sportier suspension (WRONG!), no traction control on MT 2000, message center was NEVER available on the V6. I think this is really a 2001 and the owner has no clue! This LS sure is cobbled up!
 
Being from the midwest, I can't help but be jealous at how clean the underside is. Our cars only stay that nice on the underside for a few months. It is a nice looking car, but I'd guess it's only worth $4000-$5000.
 
Not saying it was a good deal, but it seemed clean. And the body kit done in white with a Mclaren upper and lower looked nice as do the wheels. Usually the custom LSs on Ebay are completely butchered. I would have looked twice if this one rolled up next to me!
 
sexy car no doubt.... The white looks good. I like the undershots, most people don't include those. I think his car is worth 10k tops. His ad has too much writing.
 
That car is exactly like my 2001, the only difference is the paint color and the after market bumpers. and the mileage :mad: The interior color is exactly the same.

We are there early and then walk around, go have lunch and go back to the cars after that, till its time to leave. This time we stayed till about 3:00.
