air bag light

Anyone ever have the air bag light come on for the passenger side air bag in the seat and i so was it the bag or something else causing it.

What was the code exactly?
Depending on the code, the connector under the seat might be a good suspect. I think that the bags themselves rarely ever fail.

I have the light come on when my passenger leaves the seat.

I get 16 as the code. I don't see anything about it in the workshop manual, but I know its most likely the pressure pad in the seat.
