ABS devil is back

Had to take my 95 to the dealer to find the problem. For $100.00 they told me code 31 bad left sensor. Light comes on when turning. Service mgr told me it could also be warped hub. Everything is clean and in good condition. Any one ever had this warped hub problem? Lug nuts always put on at 105 lbs. I ordered 2 hubs, left and right sensors, and 2 lower ball joints. I did the rest of the front end stuff last year. Only 116000 easy miles, pretty much rust free CA car, wifes daily driver.

The sensor could have probably been cleaned but the dealer will come up with several things that are wrong and really aren't. I never had the warped hub deal you're speaking of but have had a bad sensor.

For $87, the Lincoln dealer once told me that my fuel pump was going out, I needed a new fuel tank and new filler neck and they could fix it all for $1300.

Turns out all I needed was the ring gasket for the fuel pump and I fixed the leak for free, with a used one from another tank. This was on the 94 I had but on a "bad fuel pump", it drove for 5 years and never once let me down because of not having fuel.

I cleaned the sensors twice before I went to the dealer. Going to the dealer is a last chance option for me.
