? about woodkit from woodview

The wood kits are overlays, they simply go on top of existing pieces.

They're not wood, they're printed vinyl overlays with a thick coat of lacquer. And they look terrible IMO.

Easy, need to clean surface well with alcohol, use a hair dryer to heat pieces that are curved, pull off backing and stick on. The clean surface is very important, I went over surface 3 times to strip off any oil. After all pieces installed I used the hair dryer on some pieces to make sure corners were down. It is important to take your time and "dry fit" pieces for they are unforgiving when stuck.

I bought my car used and the previous owner put these on. I personally hate it. I would love to trade my interior peices to someone who wants this.

You could try and remove, use lighter fluid to loosen the glue and carefully peel off. I have removed some pieces when I first installed that were too much.

Remember the 1st gen used wud and 2nd gen used real American Walnut.

I might try that. My 05 is black with black leather and has the dark burlwood from the factory. This stuff matches but it's just too much. I miss the silver that's behind it. My 03 had the black factory peices with all the silver trim and looked great.
