Project car a.d.d.
Ok, so some of you probably remember that I totalled my '93 back in '09.
Well, my parts car is a '95.
Now, I remember reading somewhere about the brake/CC recall, that the cruise deactivation switch on a '93 is under the master cylinder, and on '94 and up, it is in front of the passenger side wheel.
Well, my scenario is, the wiring harness in my '93 has been TRASHED by the accident, and I am going to swap harnesses (this harness being the one that powers the headlights, washer bottle, horn, and airride) and is the one that runs in front of the core support, and goes over the passenger side shock tower.
But before I get too in depth with yanking wires out, does anyone know if the wiring harnesses are essentially the same, or are they "re-pinned" for some reason or another? If I used the '95 harness on the '93 and DID NOT use the plugs for the CC deactivation, will it affect me in any way?
OR, should I just spend the time repairing my harness?
