A different carpet for my CE

The carpet in my CE was in rough shape. I've been meaning to replace it with a new one.

Jeremi donated this great Midnight Black carpet (thanks again Jeremi!) so I put it in today.

It's really a dark grey color, and I think it looks great with the 2 tone grey CE interior.

how could you not? the top of the dash is the same color, the steering wheel, the leather on the tops of the seats, it looks factory, take your light graphite carpet and go fly a kite!!!

I think that looks much better. I hate and I mean I hate bright ass colored carpet in a car. What you put in, being an off black really looks close as you can get to a factory look.

I have some new floor mats that would match the carpet perfectly.

Looks great! I personally cant stand light colored carpet in cars. Never fails, something ALWAYS gets spilled or rubbed in by someones dirty ass shoes and you can never get it out, no matter how hard you scrub and no matter what chemical you use.

Yeah, I'm not so sure about the floor mats either. They are brand new CE mats that I've had for a while, but I didn't want to try them on the nasty old carpet. I put them in just to see what it would look like.

Alright KK, let's hear your idea, I'm always open for new ideas.

I'm still planning on bringing the green Mark to Carlisle, but this is my backup car.

Personally, I'm liking the two tone interiors that I see folks use. Lots of creativity, and it gives each ride some character.

Thanks, I ordered new original Mark VIII midnight black mats for it tonight.

25 bucks for the pair.

They are just like the CE mats without the CE lettering.
