A couple rims options

i love that they are the deep dished too, for the longest ive wanted them and lately ive been between the 03's and the fr500's for my top 2

The FR500's are the best of the bunch you listed imho. The Saleen 7 spokes are nice too, but I'd only go black if the car was black too (Brad sells regualr Saleens that are real nice)... The Cobras are to plain and boring(flat) imho, theres just nothing there to look at...

some people have had no problems with them and alot have. It seems it takes a retorque at LEAST twice a day to get the studs perfectly seated, i can think of three people i kno that have had the studs snap and wheels have been lost.... but my dumb a$$ might resort toem any way lol

i'm running the 99-04 stang offset. They stick out just a little. I've also been told that the older fox body offset tucks in better in the rear. I've never had a prob though. How well does the 05 offset fit under the 1/4?

Ill try to get some pics tomorrow. My car is sensor lowered, I havent rolled my fenders and have the 275s on the back. I have never had a rub of any kind, the fit to the inside of the wheel well is just about perfect. In the future I do want to go with a 40 series tire in the rear.... or a 285 35.

i'm running 275's and they rub only if i bottom out real hard. I'm still at stock height though.

How low are you i wanna run 275"s in the back but i have a 1.5in coil conversion.

Im pretty damn low... all the way sensor lowered... sometimes the right rear bag will deflate all the way too... no rubs at all with full travel... I do have bilstein shocks... that made a difference with my old wheels which rubbed if I hit a bump with the stock ride height and stock shocks.

wow that's good to know well 275's it is i guess.

I just put a set of 275/40's on my rears. It's too fat, after tucking the fenderlips I'm still hitting the rear bumper screw. I can either lose 1/8" from the inside face of the wheels, which I don't even know if that's safe to do? Or get a set of 285/35's. I picked 275/40 because it's the exact same diameter as the 245/45 fronts. Luckily the tires were used Corvette runflat tires & were only $50 each. Damn good shape too. I wish I could make them work. I'm riding Joe dirt style right now with the rear of the car 4 inches higher than the front! Are any of you guys running this size? If so, how?

I ran a set of Vette tires on the rear of my 96' for a while and they rubbed but only on heavy bumps or real hard turns with a dip before them. I like the way they looked but I would not be able to lower my car any more than stock ride height so I went 245/45 and then sold the car
