A/C problems

I have a 2003 LS, the A/C blows hot on both sides. I have changed the heater control valve and the same thing happens. The 10 amp fuse was blown and replaced. I have noticed now that the compressor is not running. any ideas?

Low on refrigerant.

According to my gauge it shows good, when I checked for power at the connector there was none.
