97 Mark viii water 2 question water in car, ac blower

when it rains i get water inside the car pasenger side floor (right corner) I checked the vent by the wipers to see if it's clear from leaves or debri, i even ran water from the hose and i see the water coming out of the bottom of the car, i so i guess its clear. dont undertsand.

question 2 My blower motor from the ac stop working then it work, when it feels like it. i did not remove the motor, but did clean the meatal contact on all sides. dont get it! anyone?

your leak is the sealant around the vent you checked, its not leaking in the actual screen mesh on the top of the vent, but its leaking around where the vent is seam sealed to the fire wall. the usually leak from around the back side where you cant see or feel, my advice is cut with a razor, the sealant along the front of the vent, remove it, clean both the bottom of the vent and the car itself, run a big bead of seam sealer along the flange of the vent and stick it back in place, whatever seam sealer that squeeze's out, smooth it out with your finger. your leak will be fixed. the water has most likely damaged your blower motor module now, replace that , its the smalled black finned module that the plug goes to from your blower motor. its cheap, i have used ones on ebay as do other people, locating one will be easy.
 
thanks man ill buy that tomo and do they carry the plastic clips that connect the plactic cover back on the windshiels
