You can pump the bags manually, if you need only to pump (and maybe a little ride). Blue connection to open the desired bag to pump, red to pump or inflate (inflate schematics in the middle, pump - on the right).

Manual leveling will not be as perfect as automatic in any way. I prefer thinking of "manual mode" as an emergency feature.
