i found someone that has the interior door panels, front bucket seats, the back top half of the rear bench seat. they are black. i have a tan interior with the creme outside, my questions go as follow

which parts of the 96 will fit in my 95?

if i buy the black seats and black door panels (if they fit) could i die the rest of the back seat leather and the dash to semi match the black on the new seats and door panels (if they fit)? thanks.

95 and 96 are totally interchangeable. Heck, you can even swap Gen II (97/98) into the earlier ones.

The only area of concern in the main dash and center consoles and seat tracks from 97 up. Everything else from 93 to 98 you can swap.

awesome then ill be picking up the parts today. how does that dieing the bottom leather bench, and the dashboard, and the stearing wheel sound? i was wondering whats a good price for two front bucket seats, the top of the bench from the back and both door panels?

i wouldnt die the bottom of the back seat dye sucks and never works or looks the same. i have the leather skin off the bottom of the back seat from a 95 thats is black. you could change it yourself if you get some hog ring pliers and some hog rings. i usually take off the leather skins when in good shape and sell them for people who like to use the leather to repair their ripped front seats. but i have a few black rear skins upper and lower, at least then it would match perfect and wont rub off like dye.

What is the concern with the seat tracks Unity? If there is a concern how would Gen II be totally interchangable with the seats?

the guy i got the back seat off, has two door panels from a 96, one tan one black, but he said he can show me how to dye the tan one to match the black one, and then i think i am going to dye the whole dash and all the tan vinyl to black. get a seat cover for the back.

dyeing vinyl sound a lot safer than dying the leather, although i will have to dye the steering wheel leather, but i have seen someone on here do that, so that makes me feel better. has anyone had experience in vinyl dying that can chime in and let me know what i am getting into?
