95 Mark VIII Anti Theft Module

Does anyone know what ( flap ) (no flap) means in reference to the Anti Theft Modules on a 95 Mark VIII. Mine burnt out after a altenator problem and I'm trying to replace my burnt module. My module has the following on the burnt module.
F4TF-19A366-CA (NO FLAP) AND F4TF-19A366-DA (FLAP)
Made in Canada Sep 02 1994. Does anyone know what is compatable with these #s to replace the burnt module?

The "flap" and "no flap" means nothing for the Mark VIII. It was only for the Explorers 93-94. Some of them had water intrusion and they started making them with rubber flaps so they wouldn't be sounding off inadvertently. I would just go to a JY and find one because on eBay, they can be a little too high priced. They're easy to remove.

Thanks for the info. Do the numbers on the replavements have to match exactly for it to work? I found one on ebay they say is compatable with my year Mark but one letter is different on the module.

Honestly, I don't know but I wouldn't think so, not with that particular module and before buying, make sure they accept returns. I had one out of a 94 but I threw it away. I see some of them bringing in some money.

If you are referring to the wiper motor, yes I have one.

It would most likely work for 93-96

Yes its for a 95 Mark wiper motor that stopped working. I have to check the one still in the car but the heat outside is bad in NJ. What are you selling yours for?
