Other guy still has a 93' DS for $75 but don't feel like driving that far to get it to try to resell.

Try to find a shop that will high-speed balance it. I had a 93 shaft put in my car in the pre-mod days with new u-joints and a chitty balance and it still vibrated. Just food for thought.
