3.5 or 4" MMX Driveshaft

What gears was he running? I'm not saying the 93 shaft is worthless, but if one has 4.10s or better and drives at a high rate of speed, it probably isn't gonna cut it.

You may have a point, it was a stock LSC w/ 3.27s. I barely noticed the vibes at highway speed after installing 4.10s. But the difference with the MMx shaft was night and day. Now, even with 4.30s (and good tires), it's smooth like a Lincoln should be. :)

I do get vibes running drag radials though. You can't keep those things balanced after rounds of burnouts at the track. :D

I'll probably be getting a 4" Denny's if my 93 shaft can't hand the 4.30's.... So does anyone who has these deep gears have the forced tailshaft lube mod done?

I'm kinda nervous to run the 4.30's without it....

I wouldn't be nervous, I put many miles on my original tranny without it running 4.30s and even more running with 4.10s with no ill effects. When I had the new tranny built, it was one of those "sure, why not" options. :)

The "FORCED TAILSHAFT LUBE" iS THE biGGEST buch of BS I have ever heard. If anything its taking away some needed line pressure that should go to the trans itself. Whenever I hear of it I just laugh. Never and I mean NEVER EVER have I EVER seen in 12 years an issue related to that with a geared ANYTHING using the 4R70W. LOL

4" Denny's on my Gen 1 with no fitment problems here fwiw. :)
They were great guys to deal with too, I wish I had taken the time to drive across the border to get it to meet them as they are only an hour or so away...
