Apparently, there were 44 1983 Corvettes - one still exists, they were just never available for sale due to issues that needed fixing.

Yup, Blue on Blue got to it first. There is an old tale that Jay Lenno has the other white one that is supposed to exist but the only one GM will confirm isthe one in the museum.

I have been a car nut from birth and always seem to have off the wall trivia about them. The only one I havent been able to really find out if its true is that there are supposed to be several 64 Mustangs out there that Ford used to build hype for the 64.5. I hear and have seem arguments for both sides but never seen a pic with a vin to prove it.

I also love it when I learn new stuff, odd stuff about cars.

There where very few 2000 Mark VIII's made that came standard with chipping paint and crumpled up piece of paper on passenger floor.
