To do it right... it will cost you $250-300 a corner.
That's the funniest thing I've heard this week....
are the Stock LS v8 Sport shocks still available?
You wouldn't think it would be that hard for Bilstein to make a few thousand of the right ones,
Wished I had known that before i threw mine in the dumpster, lolgo to the junkyard pick up a set of 4 s-type v8 struts. bilstein shocks are the best. mine have 220k on them they’re still working great.
bilstein will rebuild the non adaptive ones for like 70 a piece. you can get soft shocks off a non sport s-type, send them in and they can upgrade them to sport (b4) harder (b6) or super stiff (b8) standard
i don’t think the LS ones are made by them. sometimes they throw a fit about original equipment stamped shocks (jaguar bmw etc) and refuse to service them as wellWished I had known that before i threw mine in the dumpster, lol
Ah, you said s type, missed that part. Right on, might have to check that out someday, good tip!i don’t think the LS ones are made by them. sometimes they throw a fit about original equipment stamped shocks (jaguar bmw etc) and refuse to service them as well
