If you are dead set on cobra calipers and keeping your 16s you can call Baer and order the caliper brackets and rotors from the sport kit.

I wouldn't buy the whole kit as calipers can usually be had cheaper than what they sell them for but, it uses a Cobra caliper and a 12" rotor. It was designed to clear the 16 inch wheel required in SCCA racing.
