** 1996 Lincoln Town Car Air Only Works On Hi ? **

Air had been working fine. Car sat a couple weeks. Today air won't come on. I hear compressor clicking thing when on but no air coming out. Finally rolled control all the way to Hi and blowing nice cold air. Soon as you roll it down one, nothing. Reasons? Thanks

Sounds like the Electronic Air Temperature Control or the Blower Motor Controller is suspect. Google "self test" for EATC.
