19" rims.... whats the best size tires?

I need to buy rims before i blow my cash. what size tires do you guys recommend on 19s?

i know this question has been answered many times, but save me some research time!

I have run 255/40, 245/40, and 245/35 on my 19's depending on the look I was going for.

damn i love your rims 02v8sport. are those the jag rims? ive got about 2K to spend on rims and tires. I want 19's, preferrably not chrome. i dont plan on lowering the car, i'd fark it up on speed bumps and bottom out alot. where'd you get yours at? im looking online with free shipping. please people chime in with some sweet ass 19s with tire packages for about 2k.

Thanks, my 19s are Fondmetal 9x, can only get them from the manufacturer in Italy for $3200 a set. My 18's are Jag S-Type R wheels.

I would recommend you go with 245/40 tires on your 19's maybe even 245/45 for more sidewall.

245 x 40 x 19 your speedo will be off by 1.8%
(when your speedo reads 60mph you will be going 61.1mph)

245 x 45 x 19 your speedo will be off by 5.4%
(when your speedo reads 60mph you will be going 63.3mph)

(when your speedo reads 60mph you will be going 60.3)
