19 in wheel pic

It really is a neat car....its not the fastest, but its different. There are a few quirks to it, but its just like any swap car. The 1993 ls1 rx7 was the biggest cluster :q:q:q:q that I've owned LOL. Definitely cool hearing that cammed ls1 sound from a Lincoln. Not everyone has to have those other luxuries. I've had built motor camaros without ac, and without power steering....this car could have manual Windows, manual steering and no ac and I would still thinks its badass.
This is one of the more well done swap cars that I've seen/driven.

I get 14.7 with stock engine.

That's terrible. With my cold air intake I got at least 17.x driving around town. Lots of stop lights and stop signs but also lots of long stretches of like 45 mph. On road trips driveway to final dest. I've had it up to 27. If I reset on highway I have had up to 29.7 for 2 hours of straight highway.

There's some other nice xc series wheels I'm looking at I could get them for under 1 grand chromed already....could just get them.

I do love the LSX and the Range Rover wheels all sick cars but I am going to return to topic cause I still can't decide if I want to bite the bullet brack86svo are this the range rover wheels?

BTW thanks guys for the pics. Obviously the lowered look is the best but stock doesn't look bad...might have to pick these wheels up.

Here are the wheels I am looking at, car looks lowered to me.

That car is lowered with lowering springs that are cut, forgot which.

One thing you might want to consider is the tire size. If you get a low profile tire they obviously it will make the wheels look really small in the LS's big wheel well if it isn't lowered. I put 18's on my car with I think 235/35's hah, was a joke they looked really bad.
Just something to consider...

I haven't reset in months since I just fixed the message center. Will reset it and see if I'm getting any better mpg. I was averaging around 17 before not sure why it's so low now.

Highway I've seen it go 24 at least.

SO I am going to throw this idea out...since money is tight and I would be more than happy with a 1-1.25 in drop maybe at least for the time being cut the springs... Anyone had luck with this on stock springs?

He cut his intrax springs. You can cut the stock spring but will bottom out easier than with actual lowering springs. You probably wont have a problem with just you or one passenger in the car, but with a full car i'd wathc out.

Whats your budget for springs? Found these for 180 http://atlanta.craigslist.org/atl/pts/2670762910.html

damn thats not bad for new springs... at the moment it is just out of reach wit the holidays and my other car,but probably in the spring I could do springs

arent the front springs cut on this car?

yeah, cut eibachs.

Didn't know they were cut lol. It rides halfway decent for what it is... Oh well, it looks great, and I haven't bottomed out anywhere yet. I just have to make sure I don't plow up on any curbs like a dumbass....my oil pan is pretty low.
