06' THX Nav, AUX or Aftermarket?

So I'm looking to get an Aux input on my 06 LS with the THX Nav
I can't find any PIE Aux/s
So will this work?

Or is there now a Aftermarket wiring harness I can just use to install a crappy radio that has an Aux port.

Don't really care about the radio just want to mount my Dell Venue 8 7000 but need AUX.
BTW new to this forum and a new LS owner.

If you connected a compatible satellite receiver or aux input, then the FM2 button would change to say "SAT" ("FM1" would then toggle between FM1 and FM2.)

Oh I see, I guess I'll give it a shot with that Aux thing, hopefully it works, if not I'll follow you're write up. Will your write up also work for just a standard radio like a little pioneer guy, not a double din? Like I said just need something cheap just to use the aux port to mount my tablet.

Yes, but you'll need a single din dash adapter instead of the double din I called out.

I am 95% sure that wont work. Best I can tell from the descriptions it is for ford standard radios, not premium or audiophile.

This is the one the company says will work for our cars - it goes through the antennae as a broadcast:

How much does a 06 Passenger Headlight go for? i believe its the xenon ( has that hid box built in )
i have the driver one as well but the front glass is broken.

Looks like about $100 to $250, depending on condition.
