So I was taking apart my air filter assembly to check my MAF sensor and I was carefully removing one of the hoses and snap two of the smaller ones -_- dumb move I know..
But I then grabbed the pieces that broke and chunks of red stuff and red dust fell out of them, is that normal?
So i replaced the clockspring and still nothing. I double checked connections and everything is fine. Where is the relay for the steering wheel controls and what other things should I check?
I just bought a used clockspring but it still has the wiper handle assembly attached, how do I remove it?
Also if anyone has a writeup on replacing a clockspring, please share!

So my fuel pump went out and I was trying to take out the old one. But I couldn't get the tab on the fuel line into the pump assembly to cooperate with me and it snapped off and i still can't get it out! The other tab on the other fuel line was already snapped but that fuel line pulls out fine...
