I'm finally putting a new grill in after my accident months ago. On to my question. Does the oem grill just snap into place or is there something else that has to be done?

Someone did a hit and run on my LS last week while I was taining for a fight. Here are a few pictures but anyway I need to find a replacement hood and a grill (which I could get from LSKoncepts). Anyone know the cheapest place to get one from?

Is the factory tape deck and the 6 disc indash cd player wired the same, meaning can I just take out the tape player and directly plug in the cd player? I am waiting to recieve it from Lincoln, so I haven't seen the back yet to know if it the same.
