    Check all evap stuff. Normally with this problem people say it's the one in the passenger fender

    If you don't have a scanner just disconnect the battery for maybe half hour. I deleted my air injection pump so I'm not sure what goes wrong with them

    Check the fuse if blown, replace. good chance it's the neon blast that is bad you can unplug it in the trunk lid Bruce budnick(sp) sells them on face book

    If you don't daily drive it I'd take the blend door actuator off and see if the door moves by hand If you need the actual door you will probably have to get one used

    Nitrous or supercharger are best bang for the buck Assuming you are not doing the head gasket yourself just buy a junk yard motor

    Both 16 and 17 can be seen from under the dash left and up from the glove box

    You need to figure out what part is actually bad The normal one to go out is the blend door actuator that is #14 and if that what actually bre #16 and or 17

    I won't be much help cause for the transmission range sensor in the mark i just swap in a spare one and for the air injection I got rid of it for headers
