There is no check engine light As long as the CEL is not on then you should have no problem passing the inspection. If you fail then you have 60 miles to clear the computer and try again.

The trans that came out needed to build pressure before it would move. Then other times it would not go unless you were up to 3000 rmps. So I put my back up trans in and no problems (added a bottle of Lucas). Got it all back together on thursday and gave it a road test MAN I MISSED DRIVING...

I just pulled the motor and trans and put in the other motor and trans from the car that I junked.. Now I have the other motor and trans(with the freeze out plug that gave out) sitting in the back of the garage.. Thinking of taking the trans and getting it rebuilt..

Anyone have any experience with Sylvania Silverstar Ultra replacement headlight bulbs? pick up a set for my surburban, and they lasted a month. Called the company adn was told that they cant do anything for me.. Last time I spend 50 dollars for a set of bulbs :mad:

Had the car for 7yrs and with 5 kids time and $$$$$ is tight. Going to save parts that are good and use some for the other Mark.. It's sad cause my oldest loves the car he wanted me to keep. But like I said had it 7years and got my money worth out of it. Plus can't fit 5 kids in the back seat...

Don't have the time to fix it up so had to take her apart :( Going to use the trans for the other Mark 7.
