2000 Lincoln LS, I've replaced the o2 sensor that was producing no voltage, it has voltage now, but the same code is coming back up. Wondering if there is something further up the chain that could be throwing it.

OK, notice where the o2 sensors are listed in the screenshot, is that an indication of why I was getting a P0430 code? Or am I reading it completely wrong.
