I have found that ebay has a few people selling the coils for the LS. They are cheaper than rock auto. I know a few people have bought coils off ebay and had good luck, any opinions on if these are decent quality or not?? I like a good deal, but also want a decent product...

Mine does the same thing, I think it is because it has more tendancy to misfire at lower rpm/load. when the fuel starts coming back in the rpm is lower than when you let off the gas.
