the clear coat- i'm guessing that's what it is- is 'flaking' off of the bumper. is there anything i can do? would a clay bar to clean it up? mechanic said to let it run it's course then when it's an issue, repaint bumper for $700 the paint is still intact. here's a pic. any ideas?
