Well ever since I posted my question, the transmission hasn't downshifted by itself again. So I am going to wait till I bring my car up to my dad for winter storage to have it checked.

Not fixed yet need to talk to my dad first so i can get my parts at garage prices

I don't expect to get a detailed breakdown of the problem. Obviously something is not right. Just need to be pointed in the right direction. And yes I do agree I should be more of an active member instead of only comming here when I have a problem. Again any info would be of help.

On my mark when I drive around town or on the highway at a steady speed (not accelerating) the transmission will on occation drop to second gear for a second or 2 then back to 3rd or 4th. I was on the highway yesterday going around 75mph in OD then it dropped to second then it went back to 4th...

I tried it before on the dash in my girlfriends car and it would loose the signal mostly going north. I'm not sure i want to do that. I just remembered that the new car kit i bought came with a piece that clips to the car antenna I'll have to see if i can put it on the antenna inside the trunk.

Anyone have a Sirius/XM satellite radio in their car? If so where did you put your antenna?

I probably should have mentioned also that I re-chromed my headlights like 93' Blue on blue did it is way better but I still want more light. Compare to the hid's I had on my old Grand Prix and the hid's on my girlfriends mazda 3 hte mark still looks like i have candles for headlights.

Did you ever see one? If you have a picture of one that would be nice to see. The reason i want to make some is because i want to see where I'm going at night and second I want the challenge of making them. And yes i do have an hid kit on it right now which is 110% better than the blue ricer...

I am trying to make something like Madme he's a friend of mine. I got old headlights to work with. I'm gona do the same as Madme form a piece plexiglass to the front of the headlight. I just need to make sure that i dont buy a projector that is too big that it ends up not fitting in the front...

I'm trying to make custom projector headlights on my 93 mark. Does someone know what the measurement top to bottom where the headlight goes on the car. I know the headlight itself is about 3 inches. I need to know how much room i have on the car with the headlight off. I would measure mine but...

(and widows cruise control) not sure what i make of that. Don't think mine has that option. Its stored away for the winter so i cant go check.

It makes it look like a T-bird and the ground effects kit looks like its not the same color as the car.

Getting back on the subject of the post I have to say that is a waste of 2 nice cars even with that roof thing.

Bought mine for 4500 last year with 45000 miles on it.
