How do you remove the engine cover on 2014 V-6?

How do you unplug the damn plug on the air filter tube? 2014 CTS V-6.

Car will hardly run, back fires, full throttle rpm at 1000 or less at times, then may run for a quarter mile or so. Getting OBDII codes P0171, P0174, P0190, P0760, P1235, P1235, P2196 and P2198. Also stalled once. Ford dealer says the transmission solenoid pack needs to be replaced at $1424.35...

Driving and it starts skipping and backfiring. Codes as above. I think I caused the P0760. Was shifting it into neutral to turn off and restart, had to drive it about 20 miles. 2004 LS V-6 with 51,000 miles on it. Thanks for your help.

Okay I just took the LS to the dealer. Install plugs and coils (I supplied), DCCV and have never had heated air at drivers side floor. I stopped by Wal Mart on the way home and got the "economy" size jar of Vaseline, wish me luck.

I'm sure it's here but I didn't find it. My wife's 2004 LS V-6 has the original battery in it (we don't drive this car much, 41,000 miles on it) and it cranks like new but I'm concerned about it. Is this battery available after market or dealer only? Thanks in advance.

Had to have a tire replaced on my LS, 5000 miles on car. Charged me $183, V6 Continental tire. MF's scratched the wheel, they say they did not do it, end of story. My wife is the one who had it done, I am going to pay them a visit today. The problem is that they are the only Linclon dealer...

Have the corrected the valve cover gasket leaks on the 04's. Is or was the problem on the V-8's and or V-6's?

The owners maintenance guide gives the mileage to change oil and filter but does not give the time schedule. This car will not be driven very much so it will be serviced on the time intervals. Thanks for any help.
