    Bad clockspring?

    OK, so a friend of mine has a Gen2 mark VIII, and his cruise control, horn, cruise buttons, and cruise lights (on the wheel) don't work. Seems to me his clockspring is fuxored, since the clockspring routes every single one of those functions. :)
