I don't think any 95 or 96 LSCs VIN numbers have "92" in the 6&7 VIN position. I have searched LVC, other mark VIII clubs, the whole frigiin internet and am unable to locate solid documentation that Ford didn't use VIN to identify LSCs in 1995 and 1996. This guy turned in front of me...
