I bought these ball joints. Took them to Midas and they said "Ford only sell them with the knuckle assembly." I'm thinking "no sh*t." First the salesman told me the ball joint was "made into the knuckle", which I called him out for. The salesman told me he would have to take the black abs...

Has anyone replaced their upper ball joints themselves? I ordered them from ebay but am wondering if I should give it a shot or not. I know a machine shop that can press them in, but I don't know if I need anything special for this job. Thanks guys.

I know there are a bunch of different size mufflers that will fit the LS, but I am interested in magnaflow mufflers. I like the sound. Are there more than one size of magnaflow mufflers?

After you guys confirmed my suspicions I will NOT buy the entire cat back. I will just buy the mufflers...but you said get smaller mufflers for increased output? I've only found one size/type of magnaflow muffler that will fit the LS...Which ones are you referring to? You have to forgive me...

Is there any particular reason everyone buys the entire cat back over just the magnaflow muffler and tips...Is there a noticeable difference in sound or performance? I was thinking about putting on mufflers, but don't want to waste my money.
