I have a bad line on my a/c system. I was told it was the low pressure line. It is just about even with the bottom of the radiator and I believe in front of the condenser. I wanted to check here if the following part is correct before I order it. Does this seem to be right?

Maybe a leaking fuel injector? I have a similar issue and I am pretty sure that is what I have going on. Gonna chase it down to confirm it as soon as I get some time.
One last thing. If it was the timing chain would the motor smooth out at 2K rpms without any odd noise? Or should it sound like a broken chain flapping around?
Although I am quite nervous about doing this myself I think I will. The only 2 things that make me nervous on cars is motor work (outside plugs, wires and caps/rotors and fluids) is electrical. To the guys who have done this, is it a pretty straight forward job?
