I would say yes with a couple of heads up. The 96 windshield wipers do not always want to park properly after use and once every few months the fuel pump decides to take a break, then resumes function. I have new WW motor and fuel pump. That's all for the 96. The 98 needs the oil filter adapter...

Due to health issues I have made the decision to sell off 2 of my 4 Viii's. Sound cars for a serious person looking to get into a couple of Marks without having to spend a lot to get to the point of having a nice car, as most cars in this $ range require. Cars are ouside of Austin/San Antonio...

Saw the prices when I went searching...$8-10K....arrrghh. Just such a pisser trying to even find someone willing AND able to rework a Mark engine, and just as expensive. Some times I think about selling all my 8's and buying an older 5.0 Mustang ...but then I'd be driving a car that's all over...

I need to replace the outside passenger side mirror on my '98 Mark. Have tried wording search to turn up help on how to r&r the door trim panel with no luck....so I am frustrated and have run out of word combinations..need help! Put in a fully charged battery.....it cranked for 30-40 secs. and then fired up. I wonder if the battery going to full discharge caused a loss of computer parameters and that caused the failure to start after recharging of the dead battery, like maybe not enough juice to get default settings...

I'll have time to try to start it again today. The first try, I charged the battery (not disconnected) and it turned over for a couple of minutes before battery started going down without giving a hint of firing up. Maybe a less than full charge is the culprit. Thanks Bangster
