This has probably been asked many times, But I really dont feel like looking through a bunch of threads.
What spark plugs would you recommend for a stock 96 mark viii?

The majority will say autolite coppers, pick those if you like changing them every year. Some say they increase perf, nothing noticable imho on a stock/mostly stock application. Major reason is cause they're cheap and a better conductor. Drawback is that they don't last long. I use Autolite double plats now, which after rebate only cost me 25 bucks. Should be good for the next 5 or 6 years.

Fyi, I gained 1+mpg vs the coppers that had 11k on em'.

I'm running the Motorcraft AGSF-12C as recommended by some others on the forums. These are a copper plug that is 2 heat ranges colder than stock. I have a '98 though so I'm not sure if that matters.

I have ran autolite 764s gapped to .054 for years. The gapping is VERY important and makes a huge difference in how the car runs.
