WTF? Someone here pays attention! :lol: But no. The V12 cars are nice but have many engine issues and are very hard to work on plus parts are insaine.
Plus Dinan/Alpina cars are beyond what I wanna spend. If I had that kind of cash I would get a 2005+ GT or another Cobra.

Early 2000's ('01 I think was the last year of this bodystyle) Dinan BMW 750iL with the V-12? That would be my personal choice.

We got a 750IL at the used car dealership I worked at and it was offered to me for $750

Glad I didn't go for it cause it started poring oil out from someplace that could not be seen? It wound up going to someone in trade for a Mitsubishi Starion Turbo and $800 with the guy never showing up with the trade in car after the deal was made.

When I drove that 95 740i I had a few months ago it was one of the best driving cars i ever had. I was completely comfortable in it and loved its cornering and power. I had wished for a little more power and a better stereo and better suspension. Well the 2001 M Sport answers the wants I had and then some. I know what issues are common and believe me they have fewer problems then an Accord. The ones I am looking at all have full maintenance books from sale date and will be like new.
The picture I posted id of the one I want the most. Gotta get the price down another $1500 but should be dooable.

Throw an Alpina nose on it, M wing, Dinan chip and Dinan intake and call it a day. Really only want the chip to remove the speed limiter.

The guy buying mine is already shopping for wheels and a nitrous kit and gonna do all the chasis/suspension mods. Car is gonna be quite the sleeper and its is DD. Replacing a 1990 Corsica. :lol:

Somebody used to to a centri SC kit for Corsicas that would have it smoking the blue hell out of N/A SHOs or Marks. As long as it's a 3100 Corsica, that is.

Also, I punched a downs kid in the chest today. But do you see me making a thread like AwesomeDude> downs-kid and having it get 4 pages of replies?

Hey thanks for all the links but I aint going way out of the way to buy a SHO unless it is PRISTINE! Besides after much thought for me to get an SHO in the shape I want its gonna run $4000. Then another $1500 for the mods and another $1500 for stereo. For that ammount I have decided to get something I really really want for less money that will pretty much destroy the SHO in every category. Ive had one before you all saw that I bought to resell. Only this time I want the last year of its body style instead of the first, I want the sport pack and I want it in a nice color cause the white didnt do it justice. Plus I want it with the larger engine.
Aint sayin what it is and I am keeping my fingers crossed the one in Dallas thats grey with black interior is still available when I get the check.
I even currently have it on my desktop pic.

Oh I know its too far, just rubbing it in I am actually thinking of checking out the car and maybe picking it up for my daughter to drive after having the tranny rebuilt.

I have one of those 4. The gearing and LSD would have to wait until i get a second car since i dont want to screw with too much on my dd. But lower stance and 18's are on the must do list.
