So I couldn't wait any longer till my birthday and I decided to put on my new grille. What a difference it makes. The pictures aren't high quality, but I only had my phone at the time.

Lookin' good man! I can't wait to snap some pics of mine if it ever stops raining. What's the deal with your fog lights?

I like the white/black combo of my front end otherwise i would have gotten one of these a while ago.

Cricket is an 00 gen1 with 2 noticable pieces of chrome, the front grill and the trunk accent. Don't have the money to replace them at this time, but my thought was to lose the chrome and go with the body color, keeping the black which is the accent of the car.

Certainly not a priority with me at this time, but your car is a light color and seems to fit well there, Cricket is Estate Green (color code ST) and like I say, it doesn't look bad, just have mixed feelings about the chrome... No money to change it at present, so I guess it's moot :)

How much was it to get the new grill?

Thanks guys, and yes dNyce Ls was correct. Those are 8 inch led stripes. Its hard to see with the glare. I've been thinking about taking them off. Not sure if I like them. And the red is going to look great with that grille. Its suppose to rain here in Pittsburgh for the next few day so I prob won't be able to take pics during the day.

I like the white/black combo as well. It's different and looks nice!

I paid $208 for the grille. And I would check with maxx about the estate green. I really like that color and an LSE grille would make it look sharp.

I thought I remember something about the LED strips, just wasn't sure.

Have fun with this rain in Pittsburgh. I'm about to park on high ground.

Looks great, what does 05 LS8 have to do with this?

Thanks Andrizzle, A couple weeks ago I asked him if he wouldn't mind sending me pictures of his car. He has a Lse grille as well, with the same bumper and a very close color. So he sent me about 7-8 pictures with different lighting and views. His pics pretty much encouraged me to buy the grille. Not that I didn't think it looked great already, I just wasn't sure if $200 was worth it....its worth it lol. Oh btw, the picture you submitted for the calander is my new background for my laptop...very nice!

Yeah, I used to have the "christmas tree lights" lol, but they didn't fit the car. So I took those off and didnt touch the fogs. I like most of the time, and sometimes I want to take them off. And I'll try my best to enjoy this rain

Cole, ma man. First and foremost, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you and wish you 100 more healthy ones.

Second, thank you for the hollar.

Last but not least, the new set-up looks fantastic. I love it. Looks like a different car now - she has got some panache.

Thanks Ed for the birthday wish! I appreciate it. And thanks for the compliment. Funny as this sounds, I enjoy driving it more with the grille. So many people seem to stare now. Thanks again for all your help! and she does have some panache :D

No problem budd.

Don't forget to snap more pictures with the camera and upload them on here.
